Major Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new commercial cleaning contracts through a disciplined sales and marketing process. Responsible for prospecting, lead generation, proposing and closing sales in a business to business environment.

Outside business to business sales experience is preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.

Prospecting for new customers in person and on the telephone.

Creating and managing e-mail marketing.

Networking and participating in local chambers and regional building owners’ association.

Generate estimates using survey tool on iPad.

Prepare & deliver proposals.

Follow up on active prospects.

Take lead position in transitioning new customers to operations.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for setting appointments for Account Executives to acquire new commercial cleaning contracts through a disciplined sales and marketing process.

Creating and managing e-mail marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
Field Duties:

Report to work on time.
-
Remove trash and recycling material.
-
Dusting and damp wiping surfaces.
-
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
-
Cleaning restrooms & filling supplies.
-
Report property damage to Team Leader.
-
Maintain clean and orderly supply closet.
-
Follow specifications required at each client facility.
Client Relations:
-
Always be courteous & respectful.

Always wear a clean uniform.
-
Know what to do if a client or anyone else asks a question.

Learn to use the proper equipment and supplies for the job being performed.
Training, Safety & Equipment Use:

Complete all required training videos prior to beginning work.

Follow all recommended procedures and directions for cleaning.

Mix chemicals only per manufacturers instructions.

Learn to perform the necessary preventative maintenance on equipment you may use.

Attend/participate in company orientation program before performing any work.
-
Adhere to all company safety rules/policies.
-
Use appropriate safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
