Image One is Celebrating 10 Years of Superior Commercial Cleaning Services!
January 14, 2021
It’s time for celebration at Image One as we ring in our 10th year of business this January! This last year has presented its challenges, and a lot has changed about the way we do business. However, no matter how our commercial cleaning services evolve or how large our company grows, the client will always be our top priority. We want to take a trip down memory lane to see how our business has evolved over the past decade and note what we’ve done to uphold top quality results for our clients.
10 Years of Business Innovation
Cleaning for Health During COVID-19
Over the past ten years, we have introduced new cleaning technology that has streamlined the entire process of upholding our gold standard for customer satisfaction. But in 2020, we all had to dig a little bit deeper. At Image One, we’ve always prided ourselves on addressing every detail and innovating for our clients.
When COVID-19 hit, we took charge of the cleaning for health conversation by offering electrostatic disinfection and sanitization services. Our disinfection and commercial cleaning services could help facility owners keep their space virus-free for up to a month while implementing the CDC and EPA approved techniques and solutions.
We knew that the only way to best support our customers from afar was to educate them on the dangers of COVID-19 and other harmful bacteria and viruses. That’s why we also introduced a cleaning for health microsite filled with useful information for business owners who want to take action and keep their doors open. We want to do everything to look out for your best interest, so we know there is still plenty of work ahead.
Our 10-Year Timeline
We want to make sure our clients feel like we are making the most for their cleaning budget, which is why we have continued to innovate within our industry. Here are just some of the ways we have taken advantage of our resources and built better programs for our clients.
2011: Image One signs the first Franchise License Agreement and prioritizes new market expansion.
2012: Image One introduces a first of its kind iPad Survey App to assist our Image One owners with bidding and estimating.
2014: Image One continues to lead the industry in technology by launching iFast: a system that allows the owners to keep track of their clients, team members, and all necessary communication in one place.
2014: Image One acquires two Chicago based janitorial franchise organizations.
2016: Image One continues growth in 2 new markets, SW Florida & Denver, Colorado.
2017: Image One relocates HQ to Rolling Meadows, Illinois, with a completely custom office designed to train and support our owners.
2020: Continuing to improve on industry technology, Image One develops a second app designed for the franchisee to conduct field inspections at their client locations.
Advances in technology are starting to become a hot topic for commercial cleaning services — our Co-founder, Tim Conn, had this to say about the state of the industry:
As the cost of labor continues to increase, I believe we will see technological advances help the industry maintain facilities more and more. Additionally, the technology and use of tablets and smartphones have changed the industry just like every other industry. There are apps that do things that nobody would have dreamed of a decade ago. It is an exciting time because we are still in the infancy of most of this technology.
We want to thank everyone in the Image One family who have supported our brand throughout the past decade. Our journey has only just started, and as we grow, we will continue to bolster our programs to give you the best commercial cleaning services for your budget.
