They would miss their appointed time to clean and even skip a week now and then. I called and complained several times and they said they would correct the issues. Now I really know what we were missing, their crew does a great job. Always on time and our facility has never been cleaner. If we ever had a question in the three years, the staff has been very helpful and have called back within a few hours. We have also had special cleaning done. We have had the carpets cleaned and some windows washed. The gentlemen that I met with were very understanding of what our needs were. “Working in a customer service position I know it is sometimes refreshing to hear a commendation vs. a complaint. I would just like to express again how much we appreciate Ana’s consistent hard work. She is very polite and is here at the same time on all the days she cleans. I admit we can be a messy bunch sometimes, but she always leaves it spotless and never complains. She treats our office like it is her own home and it shows through her work. We were told she is on vacation right now, which is well deserved, but they say you never know what you’ve got until its gone. We have definitely noticed the difference. While we cannot say the substitute cleaners are doing a “bad job” by any means, we definitely notice that “sparkle” Ana leaves behind is missing. We had a big party for the 50 kids who had read all 20 books in an elementary school award collection. There were only 8 kids last year so we are thrilled. There was a whole lot of cleaning, especially the always challenging sparkles and confetti. Every bit was clean this morning and our maintenance guy was overjoyed!
