At age 14, Tim began operating a janitorial company to service a family owned commercial office building. In 2001, Tim partnered with Mike Schuchman to own a business with a national janitorial franchise. When their 10-year licensing agreement expired, Tim and Mike cofounded Image One® - a franchise company that is very different from the rest of the franchises in the industry. Image One prides itself on training the franchisee in all aspects of the business to help them reach their desired level of success.

The use of iPads and iPhones allow them to perform electronic inspections, as well as track any number of items necessary to complete the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks required. The proprietary Image One App on the iPad further allows our staff to properly staff jobs through our IntelliClean™ process that follows industry standards.
